ROAD: Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources
ROAD (Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources) is a project developed by the ISSN International Centre with support from UNESCO’s Communication and Information Sector. Launched in 2013, ROAD provides free access to a subset of the ISSN Register. This subset comprises bibliographic records that describe scholarly resources in open access that have been assigned an ISSN by the ISSN Network. These resources include journals, conference proceedings, academic repositories, and scholarly blogs.
